The drones participating in the competition will be between 180 mm and 250 mm in diameter, operate on a maximum battery voltage of 6S (22.2V), and have carbon fiber frames. Flights will only be performed with drones equipped with an analog video transmission system. The use of HD systems will not be permitted in the competition. In order to prevent frequency conflicts, pilots will compete on VTX frequencies determined by the organization and VTX output power will be limited to 25 mW. Competitors will prepare their quadcopters in accordance with the technical requirements of the organization along with all system components such as ESC, flight controller, motor, propeller, and receiver before the competition. Drones that pose a safety risk or do not comply with the rules will not be included in the competition by the technical committee, while all pilots will be asked to fully comply with the determined technical and safety rules throughout the competition.
The competition will be held based on elimination method and first the qualifying rounds will be held, then the pilots who achieve the best rank will compete in the elimination rounds. The competitor who ranks at the end of all stages will represent our country in the international arena. World Drone Cupwill be eligible to participate in. This year, the total 182 teams who have successfully completed the preliminary evaluation process in the competition they applied for 32 teams, He will compete in the TRNC leg, which is the 1st stage. From 14 different provinces The upcoming young technology enthusiasts will compete fiercely in the drone championship.
Within the scope of the championship, where each competitor is provided with a set of engines as material support, the first place winner will be given a cash prize of 30 thousand TL, the second place winner 20 thousand TL and the third place winner 10 thousand TL.
