AK Party Kayseri Deputy Şaban Çopuroğlu examined the construction of the Kayseri-Yerköy high-speed train line, which will strengthen the transportation infrastructure of Kayseri, on site and received information from the authorities about the latest status of the project. Stating that the ongoing work will make significant contributions to the transportation of Kayseri, Çopuroğlu thanked everyone who contributed to the project.
MP Çopuroğlu, who stated that with the completion of the line, the Kayseri-Ankara journey will decrease to approximately 2 hours and the Kayseri-Istanbul journey will decrease to approximately 5.5 hours, said, “This project, which adds value to our transportation infrastructure, is an indication of the importance our government gives to Kayseri and our region. Under the leadership of our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, serious investments are being implemented in every field from transportation to health, from energy to education. These studies are also a part of this.”
Çopuroğlu, who emphasized that connecting Kayseri to Ankara in a shorter time with a high-speed train will provide great economic and social contributions to the city, said, “This line will provide significant gains in terms of both time and cost. It will provide great convenience especially for our business world, industrialists and students. Kayseri now has a faster, safer and more comfortable transportation network. This will directly contribute to the development of our city.”
With the completion of the high-speed train line, Kayseri will be connected to both Ankara and Istanbul more quickly and comfortably, providing significant momentum to the economic and social development of the region.
