Huawei is on a stable growth trajectory and will further strengthen cooperation with local and regional partners, the company said at the Huawei European Partner Conference 2025. Addressing more than 1000 business partners in Como, Italy, the technology company shared its European business strategy, emphasizing that a partner-centric sales network is essential to achieving sustained growth and shared success.
"Enterprise business will be Huawei's core growth engine in Europe, so we will invest more in this area. Our approach is to always work with our partners to build an open ecosystem," said Willi Song, President of Huawei Europe Enterprise Business Unit.
Huawei maintained its growth momentum in Europe, increasing its global revenues by 2024 percent year-on-year to 22,4 billion yuan in 862,1. Emphasizing that Europe played an important role in this growth, the company also strengthened its human resources in the region. Huawei, which employed more than 2024 employees in Europe as of the end of 13.000, has also been awarded the ‘Top Employer’ certificate for six consecutive years. The company contributes to the development of more than 14 IT talents with 29 R&D centers operating in 210 countries and more than 30.000 university collaborations.
Huawei focuses on Partner leadership strategy
Huawei’s European enterprise business generates most of its sales through partners. To better support partners and further develop the ecosystem, Huawei plans to provide more resources and support to partners through its ‘Partner + Huawei’ strategy.
“Our partners are at the heart of our enterprise business. Thanks to them, together we can provide the best possible solutions and services for our customers in Europe. Our message is clear: We are grateful for your support and look forward to further strengthening our partnership as cooperation is the key driver of our mutual success,” said Xia Xingchang, Vice President of Huawei’s European Enterprise Business.
'More contributions, more rewards'
“We will continue to improve our policy and support to strengthen our partners, facilitate the sale of our solutions, and solve our end customers’ challenges. For example, Huawei supports its partners with a joint marketing fund. Partners can use this fund to invest in branding, training, or digital advertising applications. Partners can move up from Registered Partner to Silver and Gold status, all the way to Diamond. At each level, they can enjoy additional resources: Silver partners receive additional sales support, gold partners enjoy performance bonuses, and diamond partners enjoy special services. The idea of a benefit framework is: The more partners contribute, the more they are rewarded with discounts and additional resources,” Xia said.
Cloud technologies drive smart industry upgrades
“Intelligent transformation is Europe’s most important opportunity for the next decade,” said Tim Tao, President of Huawei Cloud Europe. “Amid Europe’s digital transformation wave, Huawei Cloud is working with partners to leverage the four key technology trends driving intelligent industry upgrades: multi-cloud, cloud virtualization, distributed cloud, and AI-ready cloud infrastructure.”
“With cutting-edge technological capabilities and an open ecosystem, Huawei Cloud empowers partners through the GoCloud and GrowCloud partnership programs, driving talent growth and business success. To date, Huawei Cloud has served more than 6.000 European enterprises, providing high-performance, secure, and reliable cloud services while accelerating cross-industry intelligent transformation with AI and big data technologies. This year, Huawei Cloud will launch the ‘Cloud Leap’ initiative by cooperating closely with Europe’s ICT ecosystem partners in four key areas: special scenarios, business opportunity matching, workforce synergy, and expert support. We will jointly explore broader market opportunities and do more business together.”
