Karşıyaka We are implementing the second major transformation project with. This is a very advantageous area in terms of location. It is right next to Anadolu Street and very close to the ring road. There is only one road between us and Mavişehir. Most of the buildings here are 50 years old and are not earthquake resistant. There are also infrastructure problems. We will change the face of the region and carry out an exemplary transformation with modern and earthquake resistant houses,” he said.

In the first stage, we will build 90 flats and deliver them within a year. We have reached an agreement with the rightful owners in the region. We have also started demolition work. It is very important that this place is being transformed on an island basis. It is a privileged project with its social facilities and landscaping. Each flat will have a parking space in the indoor parking area. Most importantly, the rightful owners will have the same square meters as their current square meters without paying any additional fee. From here, especially Karşıyaka We would like to thank the municipality officials and staff for their support in this urban transformation process.”
THE VALUE OF THE REGION WILL INCREASE
Karşıyaka Mustafa Kurt, Chairman of the Cumhuriyet Neighborhood Urban Transformation Association, also noted that they have produced a modern solution to the transformation problem of the region that has been going on for 20 years with Turkmall.
Kurt continued his words as follows: “Like every living thing, buildings also have a lifespan. The buildings here are now 50 years old. We established our association a year ago. We started researching urban transformation due to the earthquake resistance of our houses and infrastructure problems. We met with nearly 20 companies. We wanted to give the entire project to a single company in order to have integrity in terms of design and implementation. We chose Turkmall, which has proven itself in the sector, both for its experience in this field and its technical and economic power. Moreover, we will receive our houses in the healthiest and most suitable conditions by preserving the existing square meters without creating additional costs for the homeowners. This region will be a new center of attraction and its value will increase. We believe that the urban transformation to be carried out here will set an example for other stages.”
