A pregnant woman who was about to give birth in the Bahçesaray district of Van, where the road was closed to traffic due to an avalanche, was brought to the hospital by the Sikorsky helicopter of the Security Directorate.
A woman who applied to a state hospital in the Bahçesaray district of Van and whose due date was approaching was referred to the Van Training and Research Hospital. Van Police Department teams took action to transport the woman to the hospital.
The Sikorsky helicopter belonging to the Aviation Department took off with the UMKE team.
The helicopter that reached Bahçesaray took the pregnant woman and her companion to the Aviation Department. The patient was handed over to the 112 Emergency Health teams and taken to the hospital.
It was reported that the woman gave birth to a girl and that she was in good health.
