Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak published a condolence message for national skier Berkin Usta and his father Yahya Usta, who lost their lives in the fire that broke out in a hotel in Uludağ.
Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak offered his condolences for national skier Berkin Usta and his father Yahya Usta, who lost their lives in the fire that broke out in the hotel in Uludağ.
Minister Bak included the following statements in his condolence message;
“I learned with deep sorrow that our national athlete Berkin Usta and his father Yahya Usta lost their lives in the fire that broke out in the hotel in Uludağ. I wish God’s mercy to Berkin Usta, who represented our country in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, and his father Yahya Usta, the President of the Turkish Ski and Snowboard Teachers Association; I offer my condolences to his family, loved ones and the sports community. I also wish a speedy recovery to Fikriye Usta, the mother of our deceased athlete who was injured in the fire.”
