After bureaucrat Gülsüm Sağır was appointed as the president of the “Entrepreneurial Women's Cooperative”, she opened her first store on Kurtuluş Street, across from the Yıldırım Municipality.
President Gülsüm Sağır said, “We will make our women the cornerstone of our economy by opening our display store where we will bring our products together with the public. Our aim is to support Türkiye’s progress by taking into consideration our young girls and making our housewives, who are 85 million in our population of 12 million, the main players in economic development. In our opening, we will also introduce the local flavors of our 81 provinces to the palate of our citizens. I would like to thank our members and presidents who have supported us so far.”
