Consumer rights begin with the right to access safe and quality products! UDK (Association of Conformity Assessment Bodies), the most powerful umbrella organization in the conformity assessment sector in Türkiye, draws attention to the critical importance of delivering safe products and services to consumers on the occasion of March 15 World Consumer Rights Day.
In today's world, consumers expect the products and services they purchase to comply with established standards in terms of health, safety, environmental impact and quality. At this point, conformity assessment bodies provide an independent and impartial assurance mechanism for consumer protection.
