In the Başak Neighborhood of the Karatay district of Konya, 2-year-old Syrian national Rana El Selci lost her life as a result of an attack by stray dogs. The incident occurred yesterday evening at around 18.30:10 in the vicinity of the house where Rana had come with her family for iftar. While the children were playing in the street, Rana was separated from the others and left alone, and after a while she was attacked by around XNUMX stray dogs.
Dog Attacks and Response
It was reported that there were many bite marks on Rana El Selci's body, and the surrounding citizens immediately intervened and removed the dogs from the baby. However, the little boy was seriously injured. Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Despite the intervention, Rana El Selci lost her life in Konya City Hospital.
