The Metropolitan Municipality has initiated a renovation work in order to increase transportation safety at the Sütçü İmam Intersection, located at the intersection of Dulkadiroğlu Bektutiye, Salman Zülkadiroğlu and Ali Ulvi Yetişen Boulevards.
Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality continues its road investments without slowing down in order to strengthen the transportation infrastructure throughout the city and to provide citizens with more comfortable travel opportunities. In this context, comprehensive renovation works have been initiated at the Sütçü İmam Junction, which is located at the intersection of Bektutiye, Salman Zülkadiroğlu and Ali Ulvi Yetişen Boulevards, one of the busiest arteries of the Dulkadiroğlu district.
Traffic Flow Will Become Safer
The Road Construction, Maintenance and Repair Department, which has taken action to eliminate disruptions in transportation and make traffic flow safer, is carrying out intensive work in the region. Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to increase transportation comfort in the region to the highest level by renewing existing intersections, roads, median strips and walking paths.
Excavation and Filling Work Continues Feverishly
As part of the renovation work, teams are meticulously continuing excavation, filling and ground preparation. The arrangements made to make the intersection more modern, safe and fluid are aimed at making transportation more comfortable for drivers and pedestrians. With the completion of the project, it is expected that traffic density in the area will decrease, driving safety will increase and pedestrian movement will become more regular.
