Amisos Cable Car Line, one of the important tourism destinations of Samsun, is getting ready to start operating again after maintenance and renovation works. While the meticulously carried out maintenance, repair and modernization works are nearing completion, Samsun residents will continue to watch the city view from the cable car again in a short time.
While maintenance processes are of great importance in cable car systems used to watch the panoramic view of cities, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality also manages a delicate process in this regard. With this sensitivity, the maintenance, repair and modernization works initiated on the Amisos Cable Car Line have come to an end. The Amisos Cable Car Line, which has a line length of 320 meters and a height of 62 meters, where every detail from automation systems to cabins, ropes to panels has undergone maintenance and renewal processes, will be put back into service after the completion of the works.
The Teleferik Line, which has been in service between Batıpark and Amisos Hill since 2006, will host its passengers in a more comfortable and safe manner after the maintenance and modernization process, and guests will continue to enjoy the unique view of Samsun.
Trial runs have begun on the cable car and it is expected to be put back into service soon.
