IMM to Recruit 1.532 Civil Servants

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) will recruit a total of 657 civil servants to be employed within the scope of the Civil Servants Law No. 1.532. Applications will be received for 785 Firefighter, 315 Police Officer and 432 other civil servant positions within the scope of the recruitments. Applications will be made electronically via e-Government between February 10, 2025 and February 16, 2025. Candidates will be able to apply for only one position.

EXAM PROCESS AND CONDITIONS

Candidates will be ranked according to their KPSS scores and five times the number of vacant positions for each title will be invited to the exams. Firefighter and Police Officer candidates will participate in written and practical exams. Height and weight measurements will be taken of candidates before the practical exam. Those who do not meet the conditions will not be allowed to take the exam and legal action will be taken against candidates who make false statements. Applications with incomplete or false information will not be processed.

The list of those who will take the exam will be announced on the official website of IMM on February 24, 2025. Candidates will be able to access their exam entry documents via e-Government. The documents to be requested from candidates who pass the exam and information about the appointment procedures will also be announced on the IMM website.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Applications will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Fire Department Regulation, the Municipal Police Regulation and the Examination and Appointment Regulation for Those to be Appointed to Local Administrations for the First Time.
