No More Visual Pollution in Bursa: Signs and Totems Are Being Removed

Continuing its efforts to make Bursa more livable and aesthetic, the Metropolitan Municipality removed the signs, posters and totems that did not comply with the regulations in the Beşevler area of ​​İzmir Road.

The Metropolitan Municipality, aiming for a more aesthetic, cleaner and more livable Bursa, continues its work to prevent visual pollution in main arteries and squares. With the inspections carried out by the Parks and Gardens Department Urban Aesthetics Branch Directorate teams, signs, posters and totems that do not comply with the Advertisement and Advertising Implementation Regulation in the areas under the responsibility of the Metropolitan Municipality are removed. The Urban Aesthetics Advertisement Management teams recently worked with the police teams in the İzmir Road Beşevler area regarding unauthorized signs and totems that do not comply with the environment and urban aesthetics.

In addition to the sign removal works, the Metropolitan Municipality teams, which continue their inspection and notification works on all main arteries, aim to provide a more organized appearance to the common areas of citizens by considering the public interest and to increase the aesthetic standards befitting the city. Bursa Metropolitan Municipality will continue similar works with the aim of making the city smile together with the citizens.
