The Narlıdere Metro, which connects Fahrettin Altay and Narlıdere and was put into practice by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality with an investment of 287 million Euros, has changed its service frequency. The services that were made at 06.00-minute intervals between 00.20:15 and 8:11 in the morning were reduced to 3 minutes. Starting today (Wednesday, December 2), one of the XNUMX trains coming from Evka-XNUMX will go to Narlıdere District Governorship.
The 3-minute travel interval has been changed on the Narlıdere Metro, which is the continuation of the existing line built by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, starting from Evka-15 and ending at Fahrettin Altay. The İzmir Metro, which provided service every 06.00 minutes between the first journey at 00.20:15 and the last journey at 8:11, has reduced the travel frequency to 3 minutes with the arrangements made during the integration process. As of today (Wednesday, December 2), one out of every two trains coming from the Evka-XNUMX station will continue to the Narlıdere District Governorship Station and depart from the same station.
The Narlıdere line, which is the continuation of the existing line starting from Evka-3 and ending at Fahrettin Altay, includes Balçova, Çağdaş, Dokuz Eylül University Hospital, Faculty of Fine Arts, Narlıdere, Şehitlik and Kaymakamlık stations, respectively. A total of 27 kilometers of uninterrupted rail transportation service is provided between Bornova in the north of İzmir and Narlıdere in the south. The highway length between the two ends is approximately 47 kilometers.
