Mercedes-Benz Automotive held the opening of its training center, where personnel working in agencies and services in the rapidly developing automotive sector will receive theoretical and practical training, on December 2 in Istanbul. The center, which is built on a total area of 3 square meters, will provide sales, technical, customer relations and management training. The center offers additional advantages for participant accommodations due to its ease of transportation, high-capacity private and guest parking, a special area for online training and its proximity to the hotel area.
The aim of the training center is to provide agency and service employees with the technological knowledge required by the brand's increasing product range.
He said that the training center established in Istanbul has the same standards as the centers established by Mercedes-Benz AG in various countries around the world. With 11 classrooms, 8 workshops and 1 laboratory, more than 500 people a year will be given both theoretical and practical training.
He emphasized that the new training center has workshops with technological infrastructure and the equipment to be used in the workshops have been updated and the training resources have been strengthened. We will provide both theoretical and practical training in a total area of 3 square meters with 500 classrooms, 11 workshops, 8 laboratory, 1 technical office and 1 trainer office.
