This technology, which offers the opportunity to connect to the internet directly via satellite using a small satellite dish, allows companies to run their business processes smoothly by providing wide coverage and high accessibility, as well as being able to operate independently of land-based infrastructures.

Özenç, who provided information about this special project, which was implemented to provide internet to villages in regions where it is difficult to establish a wired infrastructure due to geographical conditions, said; “The 100 Villages Internet project was a very valuable work for us. Although the project started with 100 villages, it reached 147 villages in line with the demands. By placing special satellite antennas and modems in the centers of the villages, we ensured that our geographically disadvantaged villages had uninterrupted and high-quality internet access. The proudest aspect was that our children could easily access educational resources, our farmers could offer their products to wider markets, and our youth could join the digital world. For us, this project meant not only establishing an internet infrastructure, but also connecting our villages to the world. Implementing such a meaningful project on the 100th anniversary of Türkiye İş Bankası and the 25th anniversary of İşNet was an unforgettable experience for us.”
