Trabzon Transportation Inc. (TULAŞ), which carries out public transportation services of Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality, achieved a significant performance in urban transportation in 2024. TULAŞ, which carried out a total of 367 thousand 269 bus trips from January to October, carried 14 million 225 thousand 671 passengers on these trips. In the same period, buses covered a total of 8 million 268 thousand 982 kilometers, easing the transportation burden of the city.
1 AND A HALF MILLION PASSENGERS CARRIED EVERY MONTH
TULAŞ, which organizes an average of 36 trips per month, has carried an average of 727 million 1 thousand passengers every month and traveled an average of 422 thousand kilometers per month during this period. The busiest trip period was May with 826 trips, while the fewest trips were in June with 39 trips. The month with the most passengers of the year was again May with 800 million 33 thousand 64 passengers. TULAŞ, which provides services with 1 lines, 700 stops and 191 charging stations throughout Trabzon, provides fast, safe and comfortable transportation to citizens with 109 vehicles in its fleet.
