
THF President Uğur Kılıç, who started the program in Kastamonu with Kastamonu Municipality Sports Club Leader Hüdaver Eski, had a productive meeting about the situation and future of handball in Kastamonu. Kılıç also came together with Kastamonu Esen Akü representative Cengiz Kesici and Kastamonu Provincial Director Reşat Asrak and discussed the steps to be taken to reach handball to wider masses.
Kılıç, who started his contacts in Karabük with Karabük Youth and Sports Provincial Director Coşkun Güven, evaluated the work to be done to make handball more widespread in Karabük. Kılıç also met with Karabük Yenişehir Sports Club President Erol Sütçü and exchanged ideas about the club's goals and future projects.

Making a statement following his contacts in Kastamonu and Karabük, Turkish Handball Federation President Uğur Kılıç emphasized that they are making a great effort to spread handball not only in big cities but also in every corner of Turkey. Leader Kılıç said, “The visits we made in Kastamonu and Karabük are just a few of the important steps we have taken to ensure that handball has a strong presence in these regions. These visits are a reflection of the solid cooperation we have established with local administrators and sports clubs. Our aim is to bring handball not only to certain regions but to every part of our country; Our aim is to make our young people love this sport and introduce them to the dynamism of handball. We are implementing many projects with the aim of introducing and popularizing handball to wider audiences. 'King Şakir', one of our projects especially for children, offers a complete opportunity to introduce handball in a fun way. With this project, we aim to introduce our children to the excitement of handball and increase their interest in this sport. "Our biggest wish for the future of sports is for our young people all over Turkey to grow up with handball." he used his words.
