Prof. Dr. He dedicated it to Murat Kemal Atahan and all the loyal healthcare workers who contributed.
MOTIVATION IS VERY IMPORTANT IN TREATMENT
Providing information about Ms. Mehtap's condition, Prof. Dr. Işıl Somalı said that the patient's high motivation and ownership of the process played an important role in the success of the treatment.
Expressing his opinions about the work, Somalı continued as follows: “I was very touched when I learned that the book was published. It is a very special situation to have a book that evaluates you from the patient's perspective. Not every physician has the opportunity to be the subject of such a work. Ms. Mehtap's opinions made us very happy. During this process, as the entire Egepol family, we tried to apply the best treatment as always. We did not leave him alone throughout the process. It was very important to understand his feelings and make him feel valued. We went through the process more easily with the mutual sense of trust and high motivation. These also significantly affected the success of treatment. Currently, routine check-ups continue in our hospital. “I thank him very much for this book, I wish him a healthy and happy life.”
