BALBEY IS BEING REBORN, VALUES ARE PROTECTED
With the project, the Metropolitan Municipality will renew one of Antalya's values by arranging the Balbey District in accordance with its historical texture and protecting the city's memory. In the project carried out by the Metropolitan Municipality company ANTEPE, the first concrete for the foundation was poured in February, following excavation work on a 22 thousand square meter construction area. In the 500st Stage of the Balbey Urban Renewal Project, with a total cost of approximately 1 million liras, 125 independent sections will be delivered to 72 beneficiaries.
RESIDENCE, PARKING GARAGE, SHOPS
The project includes 49 offices, 15 residences, 33 shops and 2 daily accommodation facilities, a closed car park for 200 vehicles and a total of 5 thousand square meters of landscaping area including walking paths, green areas and ornamental pools.
BALBEY WILL HAVE A MODERN LIFE
The problem of the Historical Balbey Neighborhood was resolved after the Metropolitan Municipality reached an agreement with the people of the neighborhood and the construction contracts were signed, and the first digging was done and the construction work started. Within the scope of the project that will transform Balbey into a modern living space, firstly, the unregistered, dilapidated, occupied buildings in the area were demolished.
