
Smartiks Yazılım A.Ş., which serves Turkey's important companies with the new solutions it has developed, started negotiations to evaluate strategic and financial opportunities.
Smartiks announced that it was in talks with Total Specific Solutions (TSS), a giant software group based in the Netherlands. In the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that "Our company has initiated negotiations for investment purposes with domestic and foreign investment companies to evaluate strategic and financial opportunities."
Smartiks, which produces solutions in customer relationship management systems, business intelligence, e-commerce applications and mobile applications, announced that it is in investment negotiations with Total Specific Solutions (TSS), a giant software group based in the Netherlands.

The 2019 third quarter profit of Smartiks, which was offered to the public in 96 and 2023 percent of its shares are open to the public, increased from 5,8 million TL to 45,6 million TL compared to the same period last year. Smartiks, which plans to increase its net profit to 2024 million TL in 400, had a turnover of 2023 million TL in the third quarter of 87,6.
TSS operates in 26 countries
TSS, which started negotiations with Smartiks, is also a part of the ecosystem of Canada-based Constellation Software Inc (CSI), as a subsidiary of Canadian Topicus.com, which provides vertical market software and vertical market platforms. Operating in 26 countries, TSS employs more than 160 people in more than 7.000 independent software companies under its management in Europe.
TSS, which entered markets such as Portugal and Serbia with the acquisition operations it carried out this year, has acquired 2023 companies in Europe since the beginning of 14.
Commenting on the meetings, Smartiks Chairman of the Board of Directors Serkan Karahanoğlu said, “As a company, we have initiated investment negotiations with local and foreign investment companies to evaluate strategic and financial opportunities. We are evaluating strategic and financial opportunities that will enable Smartiks to expand into European and developed markets. "We want to reinforce our power in the market by evaluating all incoming offers."
