
The construction work of the Science Center, which was initiated in the Zeytin Dalı Education Campus area under the leadership of Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality, has been completed. New explorers and scientists will be trained in the Science Center, which will be landscaped upon completion of the asphalt work.
The construction of the Science Center, which started in Şanlıurfa, which has the youngest population in Turkey with an average age of 20.6, has been completed. Asphalt work was carried out by the Department of Science Affairs teams in the Science Center, where most of the interior furnishing was completed.
Landscaping work will be carried out around the Science Center, where the asphalt paving has been completed.
The Science Center, established in Şanlıurfa, which receives sunlight for most of the year depending on seasonal conditions, gets its energy from solar panels.
The Science Center with a landscape area of 40 thousand square meters and a closed area of 9 thousand square meters will be established on an area of 51 thousand 402 square meters and will include workshops for Mathematics, Wood and Design, Robotics and Coding, Biology and Chemistry, STEM and Astronomy.
Şanlıurfa Science Center, which is one of the visionary projects of Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeynel Abidin Beyazgül and implemented in cooperation with TÜBİTAK, will be completed as soon as possible and will be put into service for the youth of Şanlıurfa.
