Within the scope of the first stage, which will last 120 days, 2 lanes will be provided from the side road in the Şile - Istanbul direction, and 2 lanes will be provided from the opposite direction in the Istanbul - Şile direction.

According to the project, an underpass will be constructed to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow in both directions on the Istanbul-Şile Highway. By building a roundabout on the underpass, both the turns on the Istanbul-Şile Highway will be provided and road connections will be made to the surrounding neighborhoods. In addition, existing side roads will be increased by one more lane, thus easing traffic flow.

Istanbul - Şile direction will be provided as 2 lanes in the opposite direction. The passage of vehicles coming from Istanbul to Sancaktepe, Yenidoğan, Sultanbeyli and Alemdağ will also be provided through the side road route.
