Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Fine Arts, to the following units in the provinces of Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Edirne, Elazığ, Mersin, İstanbul, İzmir, Konya, Samsun, Sivas and Şanlıurfa, according to the Civil Servants Law No. 657. In accordance with paragraph B of Article 4 of the Civil Code, contracted artists in the specified branch and number will be recruited to work within the scope of additional article 6 of the Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect by the Decision of the Council of Ministers dated 6/1978/7 and numbered 15754/8. In the following years, with those who are eligible; A new contract may be made based on the evaluation to be made in terms of need, success, discipline, position visa status and other criteria deemed necessary by the Ministry.

1- Being over 18 years of age as of the application deadline,
2- Not being deprived of public rights,
3- Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; Crimes against the security of the state, even if a prison sentence or pardon for a year or more for a crime committed intentionally, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, abuse of trust, fraudulent not to be convicted of the crimes of bankruptcy, rigging the tender, rigging the execution of the act, laundering the assets arising from the crime or smuggling,
4- For male candidates, not having any connection with military service, not having reached the age of military service, having completed active duty or postponed or transferred to the reserve class if they have reached military service age,

METHOD AND PLACE OF APPLICATION
a) Applications will be received electronically within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette (until 23:59 on the last day).
b) Candidates who want to apply will apply via e-Government via the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Career Gateway - Public Recruitment or Career Gateway (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr).
c) Candidates who have graduated from educational institutions abroad or domestically and have equivalence regarding the educational status sought in this announcement must upload their equivalence documents in pdf format to the "Equivalence Certificate" field under the "Additional File" tab during their application.
d) Since the information regarding the candidates' education, department of graduation, military service, criminal record and identity will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government, these documents will not be requested from the candidates at the application stage. Candidates whose information is incorrect/incomplete or whose information is not received from the system must have the necessary updates/corrections made by the relevant institutions before applying, and those whose graduation information is not received automatically must submit their graduation certificates in pdf format to the "Graduation Certificate" field under the "Additional File" tab during their application. They need to be uploaded.
Those who have received private music and dance training must also upload documents proving that they have received this training in pdf format to the "Graduation Certificate" field under the "Additional File" tab during their application.
Candidates are required to upload their CVs, which should not exceed one page including their TR ID number, in pdf format to the "Additional File" area during the application.
e) Candidates must indicate in their application for which branch they will take the exam. Candidates will choose a single branch. Applications can be made for more than one Orchestra, Choir and Ensemble, provided that they are in the same branch.
f) Any application that does not display the phrase "Your transaction has been completed successfully" on the Career Gateway-Public Recruitment Platform will not be evaluated. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed. Any application that does not display the phrase "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated.
g) Applicants are responsible for completing the application process on time, error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these conditions will not be able to take the exam and will not be able to claim any rights.
h) If it is determined that the candidates to be employed on a contractual basis do not meet the conditions specified in this announcement, their applications will not be evaluated. In addition, the contracts of those who are later determined not to meet the application requirements will be terminated without compensation or notice.
i) After candidates log in to the Career Gateway Platform, click on the "Information" button on the "My Applications" page in the left menu and the "Candidate Application Information" page will open. This page must be printed using the "Print" button and brought to the exam site on the exam day.
j) All information and documents required for the application will be sent in an interactive environment as stated above, and applications or documents for application purposes submitted in person or by mail will not be processed.
k) List of candidates who meet the above-mentioned conditions and are entitled to participate in the exam as a result of the examination of the applications, http://www.ktb.gov.tr, guzelsanatlar.ktb.gov.tr and Career Gate (https://kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr/) will be announced on their website, and candidates will not be notified separately.
