The 10th Konya Book Days, which has become a tradition by Konya Metropolitan Municipality and hosts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year, opens its doors on October 6 this year. Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay said, “During our eagerly awaited book days; We will offer book lovers an unforgettable feast with various authors, artists, panels, autograph sessions and workshops. "We invite all book lovers, especially our students, to participate in this cultural festival," he said.
The 10th Konya Book Days, traditionally organized by Konya Metropolitan Municipality, will be held between 6-15 October this year.
Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that Konya will be remembered with books, literature and culture for 10 days with Book Days, and that they are looking forward to hosting hundreds of thousands of book lovers from Konya and surrounding cities in Konya.
Noting that Konya Book Days is an important meeting point for book lovers, writers, publishers and artists every year, Mayor Altay said, “During our eagerly awaited book days; We will offer book lovers an unforgettable experience with various authors, artists, panels, autograph sessions and workshops. In addition, everyone who comes to our book days will have the opportunity to discover new books and have these books signed by their authors. Konya Book Days, with the participation of 112 authors and 126 publishing houses, will open its doors on October 6 at the Selçuklu Congress Center. "We invite all book lovers, especially our students, to participate in this cultural festival."
TURKEY'S IMPORTANT POSTS WILL MEET WITH THEIR READERS
At Konya Book Days, where Turkey's important writers will come together with their readers for 6 days at the Selçuklu Congress Center between 15-10 October; Conferences, book signing days, author meetings, workshops and many other events will be organized, giving the participants a virtual book feast.
The 7th Konya Book Days, which will be opened on October 2023, 19.00 at 10 at Anadolu Auditorium with the participation of popular author Hayati İnanç, will host its visitors at Selçuklu Congress Center between 10.00-21.00.
