Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu stated that there are 1 million 848 thousand 837 users registered with BTK Academy and said, "As the Ministry, we prioritize the development and employment of our youth in the fields of informatics, technology and innovation, as in every field."
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu visited the Information Technologies Authority (BTK); He received information about nationally and internationally accepted certification training for young people and job seekers and BTK Academy, which was established to contribute to the employment of competent personnel needed by the sector.
Minister Uraloğlu reminded that BTK Academy was opened to the public at the BTK Main Campus with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in February 2020, and said, “BTK Academy is a program initiated by our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to meet our country's need for trained human resources in the field of information technologies. Within the scope of the National Technology Move, it provides services with up-to-date and appropriate education methods in order to achieve the desired breakthrough in science and technology. "In this sense, we are progressing by accelerating and strengthening our work every day," he said.

Referring to the trainings available within BTK Academy, Uraloğlu said, “On the BTK Academy Online Training Portal; There is a total of 12 thousand 9 minutes of online training on 234 topics under 125 main categories: Software World, K611 World, System World, Business World, Personal Development World, Design World, Safe Internet World and Regulation World.
As of today, there are 1 million 848 thousand 837 users registered in the BTK education portal. The number of weekly views of our portal has reached 700 thousand. Approximately 10 thousand new users join our portal every week. As the Ministry, we prioritize the development of our youth in the fields of informatics, technology and innovation, as in every field. "With the comprehensive training we offer at BTK Academy, we contribute to our young people increasing their knowledge and experience, and by increasing their awareness in the fields of digital literacy and cyber security, we are advancing with realistic approaches towards our goals of becoming an information society," he said.

Stating that people who participate in BTK Academy trainings are entitled to receive a certificate at the end of the training process, Uraloğlu said, “We also organize trainings in cooperation with local and global companies. On the other hand, we provide cyber security training to everyone who requests it, as well as public institutions and private institutions, within our Academy, and raise awareness in our society about cyber security.
