Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu evaluated the work and collaborations to be carried out within the scope of the Development Road Project with the Minister of Investment of the United Arab Emirates Mohamed Bin Hassan Al Suwaidi.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu continues his contacts to implement the Development Road Project as soon as possible. Minister Uraloğlu, who met with Iraqi Minister of Transport Rezzak Muheybes es-Sadavi the other day, met with United Arab Emirates Minister of Investment Mohamed Bin Hassan Al Suwaidi in Istanbul today.
In the meeting; It was discussed that the technical delegation consisting of officials from Turkey, UAE, Iraq and Qatar should quickly conclude the work to be carried out within the scope of the Development Road Project and move the memorandum of understanding to the level of Ministries as soon as possible.
UAE Minister Al Suwaidi stated that they are positive about the quadripartite agreement within the scope of the Development Road Project and said, “We attach great importance to the Development Road Project. Because we think that this road will provide connection with European and Asian markets. We think that this line will be completed very quickly. "We will work on this issue in every sense and we are ready to provide all kinds of support to the project," he said.
During the meeting, Uraloğlu also gave information to UAE Minister Al Suwaidi about the projects carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in Turkey, and possible collaborations in the field of transportation between the two countries were discussed.
