With its work focusing on customer satisfaction, Setur Marinas won the ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate for the second time this year, as a result of the audit evaluation made by TÜV SÜD, one of the world's leading evaluation organizations.
Setur Marinas General Manager Emre Doruk said that they will continue to work to further improve customer satisfaction standards and said: “As Setur Marinas, we carry out all our operations with the perspective of improving customer satisfaction. In this context, we work for the satisfaction of both our employees and our guests. “We are very happy to crown all of our work with the ISO 10002 Certificate.”
ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System standards are determined by evaluating issues such as creating a customer-focused environment that is open to feedback, resolving each complaint received, and fulfilling management commitments regarding improving customer service.
