Honda Marine celebrated the 300th anniversary of the Republic by raising the flag at sea with nearly 100 sport fishermen on the last day of the Big Fish Turkey tournament, which is considered one of the most important tournaments in Europe with its number of spectators and participants.
Among the sport fishing tournaments held in Turkey, Big Fish Turkey, which is the only tournament that adopts the principle of "Catch-Release-Keep", was held for the 21th time this year on 24-16 September.
Big Fish Turkey, sponsored by Anadolu Motor, one of the companies operating under the automotive umbrella of the Anadolu Group, with the Honda Marine brand, hosted nearly 50 competitors with 300 boats at Çeşme Marina this year. With the mission of "Catch-Release-Keep Alive", Big Fish Turkey aims to catch as many fish as needed and release the rest back into the sea, and is based on the philosophy of "Conscious hunting for sustainable life".
Big Fish Turkey also hosted the flag raising ceremony organized by Honda Marine for the 100th anniversary of the Republic on the last day of the tournament.
