The Honorary Awards Ceremony of the 30th International Golden Boll Film Festival witnessed a magnificent night. This year's "Honor Awards" were given to Perran Kutman and Cihan Ünal.

The screenings of the festival's national competition films "On the Shore", "Mother's Lamb" and "Ceylin" were held with the participation of the directors and actors.

Documentary Film Competition and Short Film Competition finalist films were screened. The festival attracted great interest from cinema lovers from Adana; It continues with interviews, panels and special screenings.

"Honor Awards" found their owners at the International Adana Golden Boll Film Festival, which met with moviegoers for the 100th time on the 30th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey, under the chairmanship of Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar. At the ceremony, which was presented by Gani Müjde, the "Honor Awards" were presented to Perran Kutman and Cihan Ünal.

To the opening speech; Adana Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeydan Karalar, who started by greeting the artists, cinema workers and guests; He expressed his gratitude by stating that the artists turned Altın Koza into a brand. Mayor Zeydan Karalar said: “Adana is a city where people who embrace, know and love art live and raise many artists. The people of Adana love art as much as the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the Founder of the Republic of Turkey, attaches importance to and loves art. I am proud to be from Adana. We are organizing the 100th Adana Golden Boll Film Festival on the 30th anniversary of our Republic, which will last forever. Our festival gets better every year than the previous one. “I would like to thank our much-loved artists Perran Kutman and Cihan Ünal, who devoted their lives to Turkish cinema and theater and achieved great success, for accepting the honorary award.”

Halil Ergün presented the award to Perran Kutman, the master name of Turkish Cinema. Perran Kutman ''Being a worker of our cinema is the greatest honor for me. It is such a pleasure to be a part of this organization organized in the name of cinema on the 100th anniversary of our Republic. For me, beautiful person means being from Adana. It means the city of people passionate about cinema. "Cotton means art, abundance, peace and love... I would like to thank all the people of Adana and everyone who contributed," he said.

Zeydan Karalar and Biket İlhan gave the award to master actor Cihan Ünal, who received the Honor Award at the festival. Cihan Ünal ''In the last days of September, colorful flowers bloomed in our garden covered with autumn leaves with this meaningful award. "Endless thanks to all the jury members, artists and art lovers who participated in the event, especially our dear and valuable mayor Zeydan Karalar, who contributed to the Golden Boll," he said.

The award ceremony ended with the magnificent concert of the Çukurova State Symphony Orchestra, which included soundtracks from Turkish and world cinema.
