Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, which breathes life into Bursa with the small-scale parks brought to the neighborhoods as well as the national gardens implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, has accelerated its efforts to bring the second largest park to the Yıldırım District, which is one of the districts with the lowest amount of green space per capita. The Metropolitan Municipality, which brought the 225-decare Vakıf City Park to Yıldırım, which addresses the Vakıf, İsabey, Şirinevler and Demetevler Districts, which was previously called Ankarayolu six, now the approximately 75-decare area between Otosansit Industrial Site and 643. The project, which will be implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality in cooperation with the General Directorate of Forestry, covers a total area of 643 thousand 185 square meters. Work has accelerated in the first stage of the giant project, which includes a country restaurant, country coffee, sports fields, children's playgrounds, picnic areas, adventure park, zipline, paintball, mountain sledge, bicycle tracks, pedestrian walking tracks and service roads. The first phase of the 31th Anniversary Urban Forest project will be the meeting point of the residents with the youth center, cafeteria, basketball court, skateboard track, children's playgrounds, picnic areas, bicycle track and pedestrian walking paths.
