The Ministry made recommendations for drivers who will travel.

It will be checked whether the ships are equipped with appropriate qualifications, seafarers and other auxiliary personnel, whether the life-saving vehicles and fire extinguishing equipment are well-maintained, adequate and suitable, whether the passenger and vehicle capacities are respected, whether the ship complies with the voyage schedule and the suitability of the passenger landing and boarding ramps.
