Moscow Fish Week is creating a new route for those who want to try new flavors in seafood. Turkish visitors who want to go on this taste discovery await more than 500 kinds of fish and seafood, as well as shopping opportunities, concerts and sports entertainment.

Surrounded by seas and oceans, Russia offers rich options to fish lovers with its inland seas, lakes and streams. Fish and seafood lovers and those who want to try new flavors can find all they are looking for at the Moscow Fish Week held between 26 May and 4 June. This gastronomy festival, where more than 500 types of fish and seafood will be presented, introduces not only Russian citizens but also tourists from Turkey to Russian fish and seafood cuisine.

Within the framework of the festival, which includes events in 23 different venues, the top 50 restaurants in Moscow prepared a special menu for visitors for this culinary journey. In addition, culinary workshops will be held by famous chefs in these restaurants and the tricks of taste in seafood cuisine will be shown. The festival not only sweetens the palate with unique seafood coming directly from the Far East, Yakutia, Murmansk, Astrakhan and the Black Sea coasts, but also turns into a festival that spans the whole day with concerts and sports entertainment.

The Moscow Fish Week festival is considered one of the most anticipated gastronomic events as the summer season opens. Traditionally, the best suppliers from various regions of Russia present their products at fairs and sales booths on the streets of Moscow. Visitors to the Russian capital can taste more than 500 types of fish and seafood directly sourced from the source. In addition, the well-known Russian restaurateur and chef Konstantin Ivlev will participate in the culinary show called 'Big Fish Soup' and will prepare 100 liters of delicious fish soup using a special recipe.

Guests of the capital will not only enjoy delicious food, but will also be able to follow sports events. For example, fishing championships will be held in three parks in the city, a SUP-board race will be held on the banks of the Moscow River, and free rides will be organized at the main points for young guests.
