Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç invited local and foreign tourists to Kayseri, which is a tourism paradise with its touristic and historical regions, especially Soğanlı Valley, as the summer month shows its face.
Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that Kayseri is almost a tourism city with its nature and elements stemming from its ancient history.
Emphasizing that almost every type of tourism can be found in Kayseri, which is an open-air museum bursting with history from all sides, Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç drew attention to the most important of these regions, Soğanlı Valley.
President Büyükkılıç invited local and foreign tourists to Soğanlı Valley, which has a very nice tourism potential with its historical beauty and geography, with the summer month showing its face, and said, “Watching the sunrise accompanied by bird sounds, seeing the perfect fairy chimneys view and the unique meeting of hot air balloons. We are waiting for you in Soğanlı Valley for this purpose”.
President Büyükkılıç, in Kayseri, besides Soğanlı Valley, Erciyes Ski Center and High Altitude Camping Center, Kapuzbaşı Waterfall, Koramaz Valley, Aladağlar-Hacer Forests, Kültepe Kaniş-Karum, Kayseri Castle, madrasah and museums, Cumhuriyet Square, Grand Bazaar and He stated that there are various gastronomic and cultural values originating from historical and natural beauties such as historical mosques.
Büyükkılıç added that they intend to further increase the benefit obtained from tourism, which is characterized as a chimneyless industry and plays an important role in the development of cities, and that in this sense, they are trying to do more than their part as local governments.
