We trust young people

ESO President Celalettin Kesikbaş, who made a statement that reducing the youth unemployment rate, solving the qualified personnel shortage and providing permanent employment in Eskişehir, is one of our most important goals and visited the young people who receive training, said, “Our young people are both very smart and our future. We will entrust our industry to them and we have full confidence in them. We made a serious investment for our youth at ESO Academy, supported by BEBKA. At ESO Academy, we continue vocational trainings in order to increase the employability of our unemployed youth. Our goal is to gradually train at least 2.000 people annually. We attach great importance to youth employment and our joint work with BEBKA will continue in this area. The new and free Mechatronics Specialization Program will last 20 days. As a result of this training, the trainees will gain basic and professional competencies, and will open a new page in their lives by being employed. With the work we do, we both teach our young people the profession and make them business owners. It makes us happy to contribute to the employment of our young people.”
