Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to clean the slum rubble that will pose a risk to the environment and human health throughout the city, and the excavation wastes spilled illegally upon requests from the citizens. Within the scope of the works carried out in an area of ​​approximately 30 thousand square meters in the Yeşilova District of Etimesgut, approximately 13 thousand tons of excavation waste was disposed of in a period of 5 days.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts without slowing down in order to prevent the damage to the environment by wastes due to slums, derelict structures and illegal excavation dumping throughout the capital.

The Department of Urban Aesthetics continues its efforts to clean the slum debris and illegally spilled excavation wastes that will pose a risk to the environment and human health throughout the city.

REQUESTS FROM CITIZENS ARE EVALUATED

Illegal debris and excavations are also being cleaned throughout the city, especially in the districts of Mamak and Altındağ, which are former slum areas. Taking action in line with the demands from the citizens in Etimesgut Yeşilova District, the Metropolitan Municipality carried out the cleaning of illegally spilled rubble and excavation wastes.

5 THOUSAND TONS OF LEAKAGE EXCAVATION CLEARED

After cleaning the slum wastes in Dikmen and Şirindere in Çankaya, and Boğaziçi and Dostlar Neighborhoods in Mamak, an area of ​​approximately 30 thousand square meters in Etimesgut Yeşilova Neighborhood has now been cleared of illegal excavation wastes in 13 days.

Cleaning works carried out in Etimesgut; While it was completed with 6 construction machines and 8 personnel, approximately 5 thousand tons of waste was removed from the region.
