China's First Domestic Cruise Ship Ready for the High Seas

China's first domestic cruise ship “Adora Magic City” is getting ready for test voyages in the open seas, leaving the shipyard in Shanghai today after being launched on June 1st.

It is reported that 2023 percent of the interior decoration of the ship, which is expected to be fully delivered by the end of 85, has been completed so far.

It was announced that the ship has 2 thousand 826 cabins and the passenger carrying capacity is 5 thousand 246 people.

The cruise ship, which is 323,6 meters long and weighs 135 thousand 500 metric tons, has a large cold storage room to store the food of more than 5 thousand passengers.

The ship will serve routes between Japan and Southeast Asia, with Shanghai as its home port. The ship is also planning to launch medium and long voyages to take passengers to destinations on the Maritime Silk Road.
