Stating that a lively Kemeraltı that will live 24 hours with its restaurants, cafes, hotels, hostels and tradesmen is the first priority of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, Mayor Soyer stated that he believes the Ministry of Culture and Tourism will also contribute to the work. Under the leadership of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, efforts are underway to bring the historical bazaar Kemeraltı to the world showcase. “İzmir Historical Kemeraltı Real Estate Investment Fund” was established with Re-Pie Portfolio Management Company for the purpose of fundraising and scaling on behalf of İzmir Historical Kemeraltı and its Environment. The meeting, which has the main purpose of introducing the fund to large masses and attracting national and international investors to the region through the fund, EGİAD It was held at the Center for Social and Cultural Activities.
