ESBAŞ also entered the Europe's Best Workplaces List, which was determined by GPTW as a result of the evaluation made by the GPTW among the most ambitious 3 thousand companies in its field in Europe last year, and succeeded in being among the 150 companies holding the title of Europe's Best Employer. The research carried out by Great Place To Work at global standards, collecting feedback from employees about their experiences in the organization with the anonymous survey application called Trust Index, and based on the "Great Place To Work For All" methodology, in the titles of trust, effective leadership, values, increasing employee potential and innovation. Includes evaluation of company practices.
Speaking at Turkey's Best Employers 2023 Award Ceremony held at Hilton Bomonti, Great Place To Work Turkey CEO Eyüp Toprak said, “The post-pandemic markets and the war environment in the nearby geography caused particularly distressing conditions in the economy. A large part of the world, especially in Turkey, was exposed to inflationary environments and the employees were affected the most. Despite these conditions, we saw in this year's report study that employees still care about feeling safe rather than financial gains.
