The cooperative model that Izmir Metropolitan Municipality started for the first time in Turkey for earthquake victims in Izmir continues to make people smile. A contract was signed with new cooperatives in the Halk Housing Project, which was implemented with the slogan "İzmir is with You". People's Housing only walks with the power of the people. And on May 14, we will pave the way for Halk Konut with the power of the people. We solved most of the work. We said, 'As long as they don't cast a shadow,' but they always cast a shadow. With the Halk Housing Cooperative model, 18 cooperatives have been reached so far. 80 independent sections will be built in an area of 726 thousand square meters. Within the scope of the protocol between İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, İZBETON A.Ş., Aegean City Planning Company and BAYBEL company, 24 Cooperatives of Halk Konut and Emrah Apartments, which will consist of 11 independent sections, and 50 Cooperatives of Halk Konut and Yaşar Bey Apartments, which will consist of 12 independent sections, will have 32 Halk Housing 13 Cooperative and Dostlar Apartment, which will consist of independent sections, Halk Housing 10 Cooperative, Ersoy 14 Apartment, which will consist of 3 independent sections, Halk Housing 50 Cooperative, which will consist of 15 independent sections, and İlhan Bey Apartment, Halk Housing 100 Cooperative, which will consist of 16 independent sections. and 2.
