According to the additional article 657 of the "Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 4 and numbered 06.06.1978/7, to be employed in the Provincial Organization of the Ministry of Family and Social Services within the scope of Article 15754/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 2, Based on the KPSS (B) group score ranking, the following title and number of contracted personnel will be recruited.

General Terms and Conditions
a) To meet the conditions specified in sub-paragraphs (657), (48), (4) and (5) of sub-paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Law No. 7,
b) To graduate from the desired department for the position applied for as of the application deadline (applications of candidates who have graduated from an education level above the education level determined for the contracted personnel position applied for and who have a KPSS score at this education level will not be accepted),
c) Not being entitled to receive retirement, old-age or invalidity pension from any social security institution,
ç) Added to Article 657/B of Law No. 4, “In case the employees who are employed in this way have their contracts terminated by their institutions due to their violation of the principles of the service contract or if they unilaterally terminate the contract within the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by the President's decision, from the date of termination, if they do not renew the contract, the contract will be terminated. They cannot be employed in the contracted personnel positions of the institutions unless one year has passed from the end of the period.” to meet the condition.
Application Method and Duration
a) Candidates must submit their applications via the Presidency Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) between 28/04/2023-08/05/2023 until 23:59 on the last day, by logging in with e-Government. Applications not made through the Presidency Career Gate within the specified period will not be considered.
b) Candidates who have graduated from more than one department or meet the conditions for more than one position will only be able to apply for one (1) department or position.
c) Legal action will be taken against those who give false documents or make statements, if their appointments have been made, their appointments will be canceled and if a fee has been paid to them by the administration, this fee will be compensated together with the legal interest.
