Education and Sectoral Trade Delegation Organization from ISIB to Russia

Air Conditioning Industry Exporters' Association (ISIB) organized an Education and Sectoral Trade Delegation organization in Moscow, the capital of Russia, between 6-7 April.

Kerem Ünlü, Member of the Board of Directors of İSİB, representing the Board of Directors of İSİB, and Ahmet Cevat Akkaya, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of KBSB, and officials of İSİB, representing the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Industrialists' Association (KBSB) attended the Education and Sectoral Trade Delegation organization.

A joint study was carried out with the Russian Society of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Heat Supply and Building Thermal Physics Engineers (ABOK) within the scope of the Education and Sectoral Trade Delegation organization attended by 16 companies from Turkey. A total of 47 business meetings were held in the event, where a total of 40 participants were present by Russia.

Russian Education and Sectoral Trade Delegation program; It started with the speeches of ABOK President Professor Iurii Tabubshchikov and İSİB Board Member Kerem Ünlü on Thursday, April 6th. On Thursday, April 6, presentations were made on the topics of Heating, while on Friday, April 7, presentations were made on the topics of Ventilation. Bilateral business meetings were held simultaneously with the presentations during 6-7 April.

On Thursday, April 6, the Republic of Turkey Commercial Counselor Ömer Kerman visited the event and held meetings with the participating companies. In the evening of the same day, Turkish companies and ABOK representatives attended the dinner given by ISIB.

Kerem Ünlü, Member of the Board of Directors of İSİB, made the following statement about the organization:

“Russia is the world's 14th largest importer of the air-conditioning industry, with imports of approximately $12 billion. As the Turkish Air Conditioning Industry, we are one of the top 10 exporters in the sub-product groups of our industry in this country. We cooperate closely with ABOK to increase our effectiveness in this country. We aimed to increase our trade while informing our interlocutors in Russia about the development of our industry and R&D power, with our Training and Sectoral Commercial Committee organization. We received positive feedback about the organization from 16 participating companies. As ISIB, we will continue to use the marketing, communication and training activities we have strategically planned in target countries for our exporters.”
