Metropolitan, which took precautions with the acceptance of patients by Kocaeli City Hospital, transformed some of the existing lines to serve the City Hospital while creating new lines. Metropolitan Municipality took important decisions in transportation for Kocaeli City Hospital, which was established in Izmit Arsenal and started accepting patients. In addition to 8 new lines established by the Department of Transportation for citizens to reach the hospital, the route was changed to 6 existing lines (Line 32, Line 34, Line 70, Line 81, Line 105, Line 145).
