The EYT regulation for those who have reached retirement age was published in the Official Gazette and more than 1,5 million applications were received in March. While the pension process of some of the EYT members is completed, SGK employees work hard to carry out the transactions of the beneficiaries. Even if there is a delay in paying a salary here, all EYT applicants who applied in March will receive all their rights as of April 1st. EYT APPLICATIONS STARTED
With the enactment of the EYT regulation and the publication of the law in the Official Gazette, the application process started as of 3 March.
Petition IN MARCH MONTHLY FROM APRIL 1
From the day the law was published in the Official Gazette, EYT members who have fulfilled the conditions will be able to submit a retirement petition. Pensions of those who submit the petition on any day of March will be effective from 1 April. It doesn't matter if the petition is filed on the 1st or 31st of the month.
Employees with 4A (SSK) status will first leave the workplace and then submit a retirement petition. Persons within the scope of 4C (Retirement Fund) will be able to retire after receiving the approval of retirement from the institution they work for. EYT members who have not fulfilled the conditions will be paid their pension from the beginning of the month following the petition date, when they submit a retirement petition as of the date they complete the conditions.
WHEN WILL THE FIRST PAYMENT OF MONTHES BE MADE?
Social Security Institution (SGK) finalizes pension applications within two weeks in normal years. Due to the fact that hundreds of thousands of EYT members apply for retirement at the same time, it is possible that the investigations take time this year, and therefore there will be delays in the first monthly payment. However, no matter when the first monthly payment is made, a lump sum payment will be made effective from April 1st. There will be no loss of rights. EYT members who submitted a petition in March will also receive a bonus of 2000 TL due to the Ramadan Feast in April.

- The last digit of the allocation number is 9, on the 17th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 7, on the 18th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 5, on the 19th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 3, on the 20th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 1, on the 21th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 8, on the 22th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 6, on the 23rd of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 4, on the 24rd of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 2, on the 25th of the month,
- Allocation numbers whose last digit is 0 are made on the 26th of the month.
4B BAĞ-KUR PENSION PAYMENT DATES
- The last digit of the allocation number is 9,7 and 5, on the 25th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 3, 1, on the 26th of the month,
- The last digit of the allocation number is 8, 6 and 4, on the 27th of the month,
- Those with the last digit of the allocation number 2 and 0 receive their pension on the 28th of each month.
