The training on "Medical Aromatic Plants" organized in cooperation with Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality and TMMOB Chamber of Agricultural Engineers Eskişehir Branch was held with the intense participation of citizens.
Training activities organized by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Agricultural Services Department for the purpose of sustainable and productive agriculture continue uninterruptedly. In this context, trainings continue to be given to farmers operating in Eskişehir and citizens who are interested in agricultural production, with the "Training for Farmers and Urban Producers" protocol.
"Medical Aromatic Plants" training organized in cooperation with TMMOB Chamber of Agricultural Engineers Eskişehir Branch, Dr. It was held by Basri Şanlı at Taşbaşı Cultural Center Red Hall. Sibel Benek, Head of the Agricultural Services Department of the Metropolitan Municipality, made the opening speech of the training and pointed out the importance of education in production and stated that they will continue their activities in this field.
After the opening speech, Basri Şanlı explained in detail “Medical and aromatic plants, the processes of production of plants” in his presentation. Şanlı also drew attention to the importance of alternative production and growing products with high added value, and stated that especially medicinal aromatic plants are used in many fields, especially in the food, medicine, cosmetics, chemistry and agricultural control sectors.
The training was completed with a mutual question-and-answer section, where citizens found answers to their questions.
