A new aid campaign has been added to the aid campaigns organized after the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay. A team of teachers, parents and volunteers with pedagogical formation asked 'Can you play with me?' launched a campaign. In the campaign, which aims to accelerate the normalization processes by supporting children psychosocially, play workshops are organized with toys donated by parents.

“Contributes to the normalization process of children in earthquakes”

Campaign Coordinator Arzu Sarıkaya said, “Within the scope of the aid campaign we started recently, we played games with the children affected by the disaster during the weekend, supporting and guiding them in a psychosocial framework. Our biggest motivation was the smile on the faces of our earthquake survivors. We are grateful to all the teachers, students and parents who accompanied us in our campaign. Thanks to this campaign, we are very happy to contribute to the normalization process of our children.” made the statement.

According to the information obtained from Arzu Sarıkaya, "Will you play with me?" In the aid campaign titled, private school officials go beyond collecting toys for children and design games suitable for all age groups. While these games include group, box, street, rational and creative games, methods that support children's thinking skills such as fairy tale hours are also applied. Thus, it is mediated for children to gain the perception and thinking abilities of their routine lives.
