Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality completed the road connecting Sivas Boulevard and Kocasinan Boulevard in the project with a cost of 20 million TL and opened it to traffic.

Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç continues his efforts to raise the standards of comfortable and safe transportation in the field of transportation.

In this context, the Metropolitan Municipality, which completed and opened the road connecting Sivas Boulevard and Kocasinan Boulevard to traffic, completed important infrastructure works such as the renewal of drinking water lines in the entire region, storm water line, leaky storm water chimney and storm water grid in the project with a cost of 20 million TL.

In the zoning plan, the asphalt works of which were completed in the past days, the 40-meter-wide and approximately 1 kilometer-long road was opened to traffic by making horizontal and vertical markings.

While 4 tons of asphalt was used on this road, which was designed and built as a divided road, the construction of pedestrian paths and bicycle paths continued along the route. When the project is completed, a total of 200 square meters of walking path and 5 meters of bicycle paths will be put into the service of the city.

In order to meet the infrastructure needs of the region, a 1000-meter-long drinking water line, 2-meter-long stormwater line and 900 stormwater grids were laid.

On the other hand, 2 junctions planned on the project route were completed and put into service. The junction in the direction of Kocasinan Boulevard was arranged and the entrances and exits to the newly opened road were made safe. Within the scope of the construction works of the road with a cost of 20 million TL, all details such as lighting poles and signaling systems for safe and comfortable use of the road were planned and the road was opened to traffic.
