The Pakistan Marine Supply Tanker (PNFT) Contract was signed on 22 January 2013 in Rawalpindi/Pakistan.

As the main contractor of the PNFT project, STM was responsible for providing the ship design package and the material package covering the materials, devices and systems to be used in shipbuilding and equipping, and the construction of the ship at Karachi Shipyard. In line with the needs and requests of the Pakistan Navy, the ship was designed in accordance with the rules of the classification society for the purpose of resupply / logistic support at sea as solid and liquid cargo for the ships of the Pakistan Navy; It weighs 15.600 tons, is approximately 155 meters long and has a maximum speed of 20 knots.

Pakistan Sea Supply Ship, one of Turkey's largest platform-based export projects, was launched on August 19, 2016 with a ceremony held in Karachi, made its maiden voyage on March 31, 2018 in the Indian Ocean following the outfitting activities, and was renamed PNS MOAWIN on October 16. It was delivered to the Pakistan Navy in 2018.
