Institut français İzmir will bring 33 films from the 9rd International Marseille Film Festival (FIDMarseille) together with the cinema lovers of İzmir. A selection of nine films at FIDMarseille, organized within the framework of collaborations in the field of cinema, in order to emphasize the historical bond of the cities of Marseille and Izmir, will be screened free of charge at Institut français Izmir.

Cinema lovers will have the opportunity to meet with the film directors and the director of the festival, Tsveta Dobreva, after the screenings that will take place between March 29 and April 1. Dobreva said, “FIDMarseille is a festival that defends the idea of ​​a cinema that looks at the beauty of the world as well as the violence with curiosity and concern. We are in İzmir to reflect the spirit and vitality of this pioneering festival.”
