Reinforcing its bus fleet with 127 new buses, Konya Metropolitan Municipality, which provides the cheapest transportation service among metropolitan cities, makes the stops in the needed regions more comfortable and convenient. Kültürpark Bus Stops, one of the most heavily used stops in the city and turned into a closed stop, started to serve the people of Konya with its new face.
The renovation work initiated by Konya Metropolitan Municipality at Kültürpark Bus Stops has been completed.
Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that as the Metropolitan Municipality, they carry out various studies in line with the goal of providing a more comfortable and safe transportation service to the citizens of Konya in urban public transportation.
Noting that they have strengthened their bus fleet with 127 new buses since June last year, and that they continue to provide the cheapest transportation service among metropolitan cities, Mayor Altay also said that they have made the stops in the areas needed in the city center more comfortable and convenient for passengers. Mayor Altay said, “In this context, we covered the Kültürpark Bus Stops, which are among the most frequently used stops in the city, where we switched to the turnstile system before. By completing the work, we presented the station to the service of our citizens from Konya. Good luck to all our compatriots," he said.
